After two months of my marraige I started living seperately with my wife for not having any trouble to my parents.
After living seperately also sher started abusing me my sistr and my parents.She always quarrels for getting her new home immediately.

Comments: married on 30/06/06 as per hindu rites. A bike i got without any demand was on installment and by the name of other person which was not my in laws relative. After 20 days of marriage my father in law came to my home and demanded for 2,00,000. But I refused. Then he sent the person whom the bike was financed. he threatned to do as my father in law says otherwise he will file a case of bike stolen against you.

After that I complaint for the same To SSP FBD through telegram. The matter got burried by father in law. After that my wife started quarlling with me on this topic. on 21/12/08 she left my home at midnight when I was sleeping. when I woke up she was not there then I searched her here and there and then I called my in laws. she was not there. I filed an FIR of her lost at my police station. After 4 days she filed a case against me my mother and my elder sister who is married. Me and my mother are on bail.

please advise me to relieve my sister from the case. and me also

Four years back i got married to my uncle's daughter, (she is has completed B.tech).after marriage within 4 month i brought my wife here in saudi to live with me.I was very happy even she is not fullfuilling my requirements meanwhile my wife got pregnant here, after six month she had forced to send her india to her parent's house for delivery even i had very good medical facility i had seen her wish and sent to her parents house.as soon as she went i have in her alots of changes.
after almost 1 year i went to bring her back to saudi arabia but she refuse to come here but my parents spoke to her parents after long conversation she agreed and i have took her back to saudi arabia.but this time she had started giving me alots of troubles even i bared keeping quiete.after one year we went to vacation at time of coming back she started creating problem once again my parents spoken to her parents and she came back with me to saudi arabia.But this time she was giving me alots of trouble even i am just keeping quite and thinking everything will alright as soon as time passes but things were going worst.one day i found that her parents (mother/father)mis guiding her.after one year her parents told us that there is a marriage of my wife's younger sister so i had done alots shopping for the marriage i made a vacation but as soon as i reached india there was no marriage.so we stayed her parents house all my vacation but there was only two left to come back saudi arabia.her parents started creating problems this time they have involved all my relatives and puting alegation on me that i am beating her etc.
i did tried alot to convince her but she and her parents were not listening to me.even i was not allowed to meet my daughter.i stayed one month more to solve the problem but i could not.finally i was getting warning letters from company and visa was expiring so i had come back saudi.but i had planned not come back saudi because of my daughter atleast i can see her if i stay in india.
but her grand father(nana) came and promised me that i will sort the problem within two months and send her back.but as soon as i came to saudi she and her parents started demanding money,jewellery and land.still she is staying with her parents even i am not allowed to talk to my daughter.outside they telling are telling that i was beating her,harrasing her but to me they are asking money all.
she said to me first i have to pay money and and she will think to come.
i am afrading for dowry case if they put this case my future will end up. please help me.

My wife has filed for maintenance u/s 125(3) Cr.P.C on the basis of the "fake and baseless grounds" on dated 30.03.2006 hence, the hon'able court ordered to give her an INTERIME MAINTENANCE along with son also on dated 19.05.2007.
Then I protest the above order and filled the suit against the order in HIGH COURT ALLHABAD on dated 30.05.2007. In support of u/s 125(4).
and prayer to rejected the above district court order at present the case is still pending.
In the meanwhile i filled the case u/s 406,506,504 against the wife and her all family members in the lower court.
She clearly said and in the wrriten to refuse to live with me.

( QUESTIONS REGARDING ABOVE )

Will i win the case u/s 125(3) IN support of u/s 125(4) give me the guidelines on the matter.
In the above situations can i filled the DIVORCE case u/s 13 (1) (1a)(1b) or 13(b).
What is the ONE TIME SETTELMENT OF THE DIVORCE CASE.

Comments: I live in London and the case I am presenting is on my brothers behalf. He got married about an year back. It was an arranged marriage and my brother lives with our mother and our elder brother who has a wife and 2 kids. Initially every thing was okay but soon my brothers wife started doubting about my brothers illegal relations with my bhabhi. Then she started creating a havoc in family and abuses everyone in my family and my brother and my mother are really frustrated.

My brother has even agreed to move away from that home and live separately with her but she does not want that since she feels she will loose her right on the house. She wants to live there and crate frustration in everybodys life. Ours is a big and a loving family and we have done everything to convince her and she has accepted she was wrong but time and again she finds some reason to create a problem for all.

They are now afraid she might go to court or complaint against them in police and misuse the benefits that a woman gets under Indian law. We need to know what steps we should take in order to safe guard ourself against any such actions she may take in future. So far we;ve tried every means to explain her and make things better but she is not iwlling to listen and living like this is really not possible anymore. PLEASE HELP.

Comments: False allegations were the base to prepare a 498A case against me and my family. Wife was away at her maternal home since one and a half years at the time of FIR. We were called to the police station twice and forced to take her home but we refused sighting malicious intentions on the part of the police, the NGO Head involved and of course my wife hence we refused to take her home unless the false allegations were taken back. This amounted to frustration on the police part and they forced my wife to sign the FIR. Prior to the FIR, we had taken Anticipatory Bail hence the trauma of jail was spared on us. Now she is asking for reconciliation and wants to come back to her in-laws. Case is in Mazagaon Court and the first date is 26th Feb, 2009. Any advice pertaining to my case prior to the court date is welcome. Thanks.

Comments: i have filled a divorce petition (22.08.2007)under charge of cruelty. after receiving they filled a 498(a) on 6th Ocotober, 2007. we are aware. they have not turn in divorce case. after publication order in newspaper for their trace they have filled a restitution case (3.12.2007) supported by an MJC for transfer of case from Patna to Dhanbad (her native place). they we came to know about NBW. my family members have got anticipatory bail. now i have applied for the same in the session court at Dhanbad. due to her complain in my officer (being a government servant) i have been placed under suspension. reconcilliation failed. please advice me my next course of action.

I was reading your article. And I am badly looking for
help. I have been married for last 4 years and I have son
who is around two and half years. I am really gone fed up
with my wife , she is house wife with her bad attitude and
bad behavior there is no understanding, always fighting with
everyone doing nothing at home well the maximum she can do
is eat when food is ready. She was with me in Saudi Arabia
twice and both the time she went back to India after big
fight. There is nothing called softness in nature very
arrogant and always demanding nature. I have enough with her
and now she is back to India and staying at my mom sister
home just because my patents are not ready to take her at
home so I requested my aunt to keep her at her home. Now she
started over there too and they call me almost weekly once
asking me to take her back they can’t take her anymore.

I just came back to Saudi 2 weeks back and before that at
3rd Jan one lady and one man came my Human Rights Commission
saying that her mother has raised complaint on me any
parents that we are not treating her well. They enquired and
also they went to my aunt place and still the matter is in
pending. I am afraid and don’t know how to come out of
this problem. The maximum I am planning is to send her back
to her mom home and give maintaince for her and my son. I am
100 % sure this will not last for long term .She has come
back only for money apart from that if I die it will not
make any thing in her life.

My question is if I apply for divorce still she can book me
in Domestic Violence act? Please help me else I don’t know
what I will do ? Sometimes I feel killing myself at least my
parents will be safe they are innocent and I don’t want to
trouble them .
