Comments: My wife has filed a case under sec.498A & 3/4 IPC against me, my mother, my brother in law and my elder sister(Married) since last 16 years ago. Prior to her filing of the above case I had filed a Matrimonial suit against her, for her return back to home as because she is staying at her father house since last more than one year. In my filed case hearing have also started but she didnot attended in any date. Anticipatory Bail for my brother in law and sister has been filed but District Judge will grant after seeing the chargesheet ot the case report from the police station. In this case what are the scope and ways for geeting relief and anticipatory bail etc. Please advise.
