Comments: My wife is not became a mother because she have no Ovaries of both side, She have listining problem also and Small sie Uterus, UTERUS is measuring approx.4.3x1.7x2.3cm in size. So i want to take Divorse. From my sing one case runing in Family court aginst my Wife and the first Date in 22/08/2009. Against me, my wife's family Rajistred the FIR in of 498a, 323,509 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Pribhistion. So we are very afried for this case.

Then plz. Give me Advise What can i do in against case.
