My Wife has left my House since 4th March 2009 with her Father & Uncle. She is 7 Months Pregnant & is not allowing me to take care of her.She never accepts any thing from me.She is Staying with her Parents at her Village Baurari, Tehri Gharwal, Uttranchal.She Has made a Complaint against me in women Helpline at New Tehari,that i was Harassing her and was not providing her the Basic Needs,(Food Clothing & Shelter).

you can file RCR as soon as possible which will save you and your family against her .
if you want to bring her back then mention in RCR under section 9 HMA that you need to bring her back else in RCR file with some conditions which she can not fill like Say sorry publicaly, file some 498 cases against her parents that they have taken her along with lot of jewellary /cash etc.
