I got married in 2005 in Haryana,mine was a arrenged marraige. I am from Bengal, girl is from Haryana. Problem started when my mother in law came to my house to stay with her daughter. She stayed with us for 9 months & created a hell lot of problem. I was forced to leave my parents & to settle in Delhi. I got a job in Delhi & moved. I was putting my self in inlaws house on rent.
Problem started again when I found out that my mother in law was having relationship with numerous men, she even chats in net with a from a young girls profile.She has developed psychological problem. She was not staying with her husband for quite some time & she ultimatly got divorced a few months back. Now the problem is though mine was arrenge marraige, I was not told about this before.
My wife is very close to her mother & she gets influenced by her heavily. Even she fights with me regrding this. My wife has a habit of comming down to physical viloence in every little matters with a drop of a hat. From day one she is crying for divorce & also makes it a point she will not going to give it to me easily. But I dnt want it. I have got a 2 year old kid.

I leaft my home on May last week after a bitter confrontation. I was litteraly kicked out of home. I came to my parents. Now she has filled fraud complaints of dowery, physical assult, torture against me & my family in Womens Cell & regularly she & her mother abuse my parents & me. She is asking for comensation of 40 lacs. Yeasterday was my sons birthday & I was not being allowed to talk to him, infact for the last to months I was only able to talk to him once. I am in terrible state of mind. All my bellongings, car is their.I have already visisted Womens cell twice and filled a Restoration of Conjugal Life.
I am going through immense mental trauma. Pl advice
