Comments: Case filed for Children custody. Court passed order in Jan 08 for meeting once a month for 02 hours. She brought children in Feb08 on court's insistenace, Mar 08,Apr 08,Apr 09 & May 09. I have submitted a number of applications to court to take suitable action for not following court orders and when party failed regularly to produce the children give me the custody, nothing happens. Pl advise whether i can get the custody and what action can be initiated against her for not complying court orders.
