Comments: Iam married on 09/05/2002 .I have been cheated by the girl and her family and church mumbers and the priest together. The girl is having the bleeding from 15 years onwards and the parents they konw very well about it they treated the girl for long period and not cured. They suppressed this fact and they very conning way pushed this girl in to marriage, giving some druges from some doctor and this girl also co-oprated with her parents and got married at church. with in 10 days I have got married and travelled to Gulf along with my parents,After coming here, I came to know the problem of her .As per her word and documents, medical reports from her I have decided according to my parents advice to do treatment at gulf and I have treated her four years still not cured , temperarly releaf and again she was suffering This matter from the begnning I have informed her parents but they informed me that Due to heat in gulf she may be suffering They totally refused that she was having this chronic illness. After 4 Years with my parents went to home and called her parents and informed and and talked to them openly that according to our medical report she is having polister overy which canot cured by medicine beacause 90 percentage polyster overy is formed .So that I have informed her parents. Her parents asked us 3 months time for treatment and I have given to her parents to treat her and get medical report from D G O along with Scan report . I have written the statement in stammp papper that If with in three months they did not come back to me, means myself and She will seperate and get divorce. And she agreed that I can marry another girl to have a child because she is not able to have a child for me due to her illnes, or to continue the family life too. and she has written that she is not having any objection in this matter she singed and her parents singed and other family mumbers too. all this matters is taken in vedio tape. But they send scan report from private lab after six months. And informed us to take her to gulf otherwise they will take proper step. But I did not reply Now they called after 2 years informed that they will put case againt us that cruality by parents and huband and they booked a case in police staion this matter they informed us now three years over after leaving her at her home. with parents . My parents are in Gulf along with me, my wife was here in gulf for four years and taken treatment. please advice me how to handle this problem to get rid of it . I do not want to take her back beacuse I have suffered very badly pysically and mentally and finacially also. I want to get marry another girl for another offspring in family Iam only one son for my parents and I have got one sister she is married and she is having two children . My parents are 60 years they want to see grant child now total 7 years passed after marriage. please advice me, my and parents could not go to india , because we are fearing that the other party can misuse 498A pinal code and take case against to us and put us in trouble . please advice and send to me email.
