I have been in the US for 109 years and just submitted my divorce papers to my wife. My green card is pending approval at the embassy for the last 8 years. I am now hearing that her family is planning to file a false dowry case against me at the Indian embassy to make me come to India and put me in jail. Is this possible? Will the Indian embassy belive them without any proof?
