Comments: I am working in saudi arabia from last 14 years. December 27 2008 i got married a neighbouring girl in my loaclities. This was a arranged marriage through match maker.I stayed for 45 days after marriage and left saudi arabia on 13 Feb 2009. The time of engagement i had just given my words to girl's family that i will TRY to take her to saudi but things dont just the way we think.On my part i tried but due to some reason i wasnt able to take her to saudi. My wife started creating
problem for the moment she came to know i cant take her. She started fight n argument with my mother n sisters.Somehow i manage in a nice way to go to her house n stay there till i send visas for coming to saudi.I even removed her passport from her house itself. My wife's attitude n behaviour is very bad with me n my family.I even complained to her parents, her uncle n aunty but in vain. They supported her n encouraged her. I had fight n arguement with family members several times on this issue. Finally when i saw there no hope i stopped taking calls altogether from my wife n inlaws. Things got deterioted day by day n they wanted to settle the dispute on there terms with force n dadagiri. But i didnt gave a dam to their threat or succumb to there intimidation. Now finally my wife n her family had filed a false dowry case against me and my family. They filed FIR (498 AND ANOTHER 3-4 FALSE CASES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE , TORTURE, HARASSEMENT).The local police if in hand in glove with this people.My mother n my 3 married sisters r arrested n kept in police custody on false charges.My younger brother is slapped with a attempted rape charges by my wife. Me and my family has never demanded any dowry or anythings from girls family. But they had mentioned in FIR that they given me 37 lakhs worth of things ( like plasma tv, fridge, washing machine, television, gold ornaments and many more things. FRankly speaking this a sheer harassement case. The police is asking abt the things (RECOVERY) which they hadnt given to us.Whatever small things like cupboard n bed n some house hold things which they had given in wedding is still lying in my house untouched. I had requsted them not to give anything to me during marriage as our house is too small to accomdate more things.My wife is staying in her house from 13-14 months. BUT in FIR she mentioned that she is staying with us.Now all false case has been registered with support of police .I would be grateful and will be thankful from bottom of my heart if u could please please please help me n my family in this critical situation.I cant afford a good lawyer coz financially i am not that strong. Some how i borrowed money from my friend so that atleast my family get bail but the corrupt police had OPPOSE bail.Please call this number: (RUKSHANA)09323839664 . sorry to heard this all mr abid hussain the thing which happen with you, but i like to advise u 1 thing plz settel this matter of dowry with ur inlaws personally, see in our indian pannel court there are ampel of case pending and no solution fr it, i think u should talk to ur wife personally and try to resolve this issue, because u have to spend ur life with her.i advise u this all thing after reading ur case in deeply,plz consider me as ur good friend and let me know if u need my help at any stage...i will pray 2 god that ur problem get resolve as soon as possible and if there is 1% of love remail between u and ur wife she will cm back 2 u..
