Comments: wife left within two months after marriage due to mental illness saying false accusations which are far beyond the truth, staying with her parents more than 1.5 years, delivered male baby on 5-4-2008.Her parents are supporting her fake accusations indiscriminately and non cooperative to all mediations & pachayats arranged by us and not ready to send her back for no reasons. I have sent three lawer notices asking her to come back but she neglected. Finally I am going to file case as per reconstitution of conjugal rights. They informed that they are going to file Maintenance case. Kindly advice me. Eventhough I am ready to cohabit with her considering future of my child, her parents are spoiling her life by their ill advices.She is Mphil in Computer science and from sound economical back ground. She is not at all bothered about her future and my child.Their parents are not ready to give her and me counselling which will solve everything instead they have been harassing me for the last 1.5 years
Pls advice me how to deal with them

Is din mere father P.W.D. Chittorgarh me & main BSNL office Bhilwara me work kar rahe the lekin judge seheb ne departmental certificate ko nahi mana.Mai un-employeed hun.Jail jane ki badnami ke karan muze koi work nahi deta. gujara bhata dene ki meri halat nahi hai. Comments: I was working in UAE and was earning about Rs. 70,000/- per month since last march 2007 and was sending all my earning to my wife thru banks. I had given my cheque book blank signed by me and ATM card of the bank. She used to withdraw the money but in last 18 years of marriage, I had never asked my wife how she was expensing the money. In April 2008, I took loan of Rs. 15 lacs from UAE banks, out of which I bought jewelary & other things for Rs 5 lacs for mymwife & children(aged 16yrs. 12 yrs. & 07 years). Rs.5 lacs I invested in UAE to start business and balance Rs. 5 Lacs I transferred in my wife bank accounts. When I came back in May 2008 for one month to stay which my wife & children, my wife started to fight with me saying that I have another wife in UAE. This went for almost 03 months and I was not able to go back for business and yhe money I had invested was lost.
Then, on 02nd August 2008, my wife alongwith all three children left the home early 03:00 am keeping the door open while I was sleeping and on 04 th she lodged a FIR at Navsari police station U/S 498(a) involving me and my old parents(who never stayed with us and were living in native place at Navsari). Complaint was that I was demanding Rs. 2 Lacs as dowry. Sir, how can I demand when my total earning was given to my wife, Rs. 1 lacs given to my brother-in-law by me on 05th June 2008. Rs.95,000/- was given by me when my father-in-law had a heart-attack in November 2007. My wwife had taken away all jewellaries worth Rs. 7 Lacs and all the money.
Now, I had spent so much money that I am broke up. Today i have to take money from my parents(who are retires) for my expenses. I don't know what to do? If you can help me, it would be great for me. The bank are asking for repayment and I am blackelisted in UAE. I am 41 years and am also not able to get the job.

Comments: My wife on the day of discharge from the hospital on 17.11.2008, put a condition that she will come to my house only if i quit my parents and make separte arrangement for her i tried to persuade but she did not listen and went to her parents home with a new born baby. On 16.11.2008 she came to my house with her brother and started packing her clothes and other items from almirah and bed. Seeing this i again requested her to live peacefully with my old age parents. But after 45 minutes she went outside discussed something with her brother and then came back to the room locked her from inside. I heard her weeping but before i could understand anything PCR van came with her brother,mother and father also accompanying them. My wife shown her scratched hands and put the blame on me alleging that I have done this and also beaten her. I asked for the medical examination of both of us. In hospital she started crying loudly taking advantage of her recent operation, so doctor admitted her and discharged the next day. As the police officials started threatening me and family members to put us behind the bars, i went to court for anticipatory bail. Since the matter was not regsitered as yet, court directed to give three days advance notice in case the case is registered. I have informed the local police station with copy to cp and dcp (south) to inquire about the pre-planned action of my and her family members to implicate me. I am not aware what is in the MLC. I do not know what should i do next. So far as I could gather perhaps they have been advised to report the matter in women cell. Please guide me what should i do next to save me and my family members and if any action can be taken agaisnt my wife and in-laws because after this incident i cannot live with her peacefully she can do any damn thing and I have lost my trust on her if i can apply for divorce petition. please help.

On or about 4th Oct 2008 my father-in-law informed over phone that my wife is no more willing to stay with me as well as with my other family members and her father intended to detain her for medical treatment. please help me i dont want to loose her from my life i love her so much. But now a days her father behaving very roudly and badly i dont have any contact with her her father need seperation and always saying if u try to contact her i put u in the lockup & case file. Her family members councilling her every day for take divorce from me & now she also need divorce from me please suggest me how to get her back she is every thing for me & one thing her father blamed me that after married i drunk & bit her but its not true. Comments: After a quarrel of her cell phone bill very high. She went to her native place Visakhapatnam.I went there to bring here back.Shocked when here sister brought police,with poilitician and I was taken to Police Station.Was kept in station for 2 days.SI called up wife and she at first said she would withdraw but did not and left.Next day I was taken to court and remanded for 14 days.I called wife and pacified her and she gave no objection to bail.They made me sign some papers .I came back to Chennai.I got a lawyer and filed Restitution of conjugal rights.Also got anticipatory bail for my parents.
There were 2 hearings at Vizag court which I sent a lawyer from here.After that case was sent to the LOk Adalat.No hearings or notice from there nor form the Police.
My wife came back and said she was sorry and accepted counselling in family court and signed in front of judge saying she would live with me.
After 6 months she again quarelled and left the house with her belongings and took up a paying guest accomodation in Chennai.
She sent court notice from family court for divorce and to dissolve the marriage.No claims on the petition but has written of illtreatment and abuse.First hearing is on 17th dec 2008
Can you help me with the following.
1.Will she claim money and things from me.
2.I do not want to contest the case at the moment.
3.I have spent all my earnings so it is difficult to fight the case which will run for years.
4.Will she claim alimony.
5.My lawyer has told me that we will give her a ex parte divorce by not attending the court.
6.If she claims anything after that we will see in High court.
7.Can she be punished for false allegations and case.
