Comments: I was married in Dec 2007 after one month my wafe left me and in the month of April 2008 she filed ec 498A & domestic Violance case. I a had completed one year of my marrige & no physical contact Since Dec 2007. Pleas advice me how I file a divorce case, because they want only mony 7 mony only (is it right for leagal point of view)
