My self Atul male, 33 years old, Engineering graduate , working in oil company as asst manager posted in UP. I am maharastrian guy belong to maharsatra.I stay alone at my work place . my father remarried after my mothers death and I stay seperately . I met my wife(Naina) in vadhu var mela orgenised by regd. marriage bureau of Nagpur on 05/03/2006 . we both belong to same community. I went to girl's house along with my aunt and exchanged details .my wife was doing air hostess course at that time ,she had left her BA LLB course half way . her parents told that they are not much interested to send their daughter in air line . girls father was judge in nagpur court.(lower) , now transffered to charity dept. I am 8 years elder to my wife. but girl showed her consent at that time . and following are the main events
1) I got engaged with my wife on 16/03/2006.
2) In first week of April 2006 before marriage my in laws along with my wife came to my house at jhansi and stayed with me for 3 days. did all the marriage discussions . there was no involvement of any of my relatives in this .You will be surprised that my wife came to my house before marriage and stayed with me in my house.
3) we used to have regular telephonic talks , during talks i came to know about girls moody nature , she refused for marriage twice on the grounds that chemistry dosent match , my age is more. she also said that she wanted to become air hostess , her ambition is to fly etc etc.I sent my brother in law to girls father to stop the marriage but girls parent told that " ladki nasamajh hai, uski baato pe na jao." we assure you her consent .after few days girl phoned me and said sorry and showed lot of interest in me .
4) On 12/05/2006 I got married at Nagpur . I take her to my aunts home for post marital functions . stay arrangement of all the invited relatives was made at my aunts house at nagpur , as the marriage was at nagpur. she stayed at my aunts house for 2 days with me.
5) on 14/05/2007 as per customes my father in law took me and my wife to their home , I stayed there till 18/05/2006. during these day girl insisted for foreign honey moon tour , she asked me to cancel darjeeling tickets which I had booked. she also brought one foreign breed dog to carry to jhansi . till date there was no dog at their house . that created little dispute. but everything was normal. like newky wedded we used to go for shopping , hoteling , movie , roaming etc.
6)on 19/05/2006 we got our marriage registered . and we had to leave for jhansi on 20/05/2006. the real cause of dispute started on 19 /05 /2006. the community to which we both belong and place to which we belong has a high prevalence of sickle cell anemia . so I suggested my wife that we both should get tested for this , I had suggested this earlier also .though we are healthy and look healthy we may be a career of anemia which may get transferred to childerns. to which she took strong objection as she did not want to bear child for at least 2 years so as per her say question of test does not arise for 2 more years , also she said she wants to complete her air hostess course first , so she denied for the test she also said because of marriage her life has spoiled , she is not at all ready for house hold work and giving birth to childrens etc. I was badly hurt at that time.she went to her home.I did the blood test.we had a big dispute at pathalogy lab. her father and his friend was present.
7) I came back to jhansi on 20/06/2007. I came to know from her behaviour that girl is regretting for marrying 8 year older guy and she was repenting she had to leave her course mid way . so i thought let her finish her course . also my wife had taunted me for our equal height ( both are 5.6') she wanted a tall husband. I was feeling very guilty.

8) during mean time girl sent me lot of sms demanding money , she also sent threatening and blackmailing sms. she abused me in filthy language over phone. I thought now marriage is on the verge of breakdown. my relatives tried to save the marital tie. they aksed my in laws to take the girl to jhansi .
9) on 22/01/2007 my wife sent me notice through advocate demanding 20 lac as damage and 20 thousand Rs as maintenace. she alledged that I have cheated her and during her stay at my aunts home every body harrased her .and she claimed that as I stay alone in UP , no one dependent on me , there are no liabilities , and as I live a lavish life and I get handsome salary I should pay her the money. I gave suitable reply to her notice.
10) on 23/04/2007 my wife filed petition for annulment( under section 12(1)C ) at family court nagpur .I attended joint counselling twice and agreed to take her with me , but she was insiting nullity .counseller told her that her ground is baseless . she sould amicably settle the matter. to which she felt humiliated .
11)on 22/06/2007 she lodged false FIR against me and my six relatives under 498(a) , 417 , 420 /34 . as her father himself a magistrate he pressurised police to by pass woman cell .
12) we applied for anicipatory bail we got interim bail to which my wife got infuriated . my father in law who is from judiciary tried his best and got my anticipatory bail rejected .my other relatives got regular bail. luckily my cousine who was also implicated had to leave for usa to pursue mba just after the bail .
13) Now I have apllied for the anticipatory bail in High court nagpur bench. my wife , and her parents regularly visist high court brings undue influence over govt pleaders . they have changed their own lawyer for 3 times , on their request govt pleader was changed , also investigating officer was also changed.My wife has also comlained about marriage counseller to principle judge of family court. she has doubt on every body. I have got a temporary anticipatory bail from high court. investigation of facts mentioned in FIR are under investigation. I know one day truth will come out . but I am afraid of the undue influence being brought by my magristrate father in law . they have also given written application to high court to assist prosecution , but that was rejected . they are trying to project me and my innocent relatives whose role is restricted to marriage cerimony only as criminals .
14) Now my wife has also applied for maintenance recently now asking for 10,000 Rs per month.

My life has become miserable by all this . every time I have to take leave and rush to nagpur from jhansi. police and lawyers appears as if they are blood suckers. I feel very guilty because my innocent relatives are also implicated . Now kindly help me . tell me what should I do . are there any plus points on my side . how do I defend myslef and my relatives with whom girls stayed for just 2 days only.
