Straight facts on the sec. 498A. misusage.

a)Throughout the world domestic issues are solved by civil laws, only India is having this criminal law in it.

b)Poor or rural woman or their husbands don't even know about this law(70%) indian population and can't use this law on thier husbands performing cruel acts on their wifes.

c)Indian Educated woman are changed a lot unlike decades back...very harming in nature and selfish inside marriages and blackmailing husbands to the extent of having following REALITY suicide rates in India (Indiastat.com)

Suicide rates in India:
National Suicide rate is: 11 people per 100,000
For males in the age group of 30 to 44, the Suicide rate is a whopping 508 per 100,000 persons; for women it is 220. The Suicide rates among men in the age group of 45 to 59 is a shocking 1,812 per 100,000 persons and among women, nearly 550. So much more people are dying due to SOWRY harassment than the DOWRY harassment.
However, among divorced males the suicide rate is 164 per 100,000 persons, but even in this class, among females the rate is only 63 per 100,000. While the suicide rate for separated men is about 167, for females it is only 41 per 100,000 persons.

d) Above statistics are surprising but is reality. REASON FOR DOWRY WORD spread everywhere and became notorious in Indian system is due to spread by more than 60 Women Organizations in India for the decades and Culturally India is very inclined/supportive to women and is the advantage taken by these organizations.

e) Compare western males to Indian Males, see their Physical Health look up difference..heavy bellies..tired harworking....burdened...stressed...balded..Western men look STRONG heavily fit, because of the criteria and laws men follow.

f) Animals got Rights, Women got Rights .Men protect India by fighting war..but he doesn't have Rights/laws to protect himself inside marriage.

g) Introduce Civil laws inside the marriages and share property equally between hubby/wife providing fastest divorces if they are incompatible rather suffering men with this 498A menace.

at "DOWRY/VISA DEMANDS" section not to travel for marriage to India clearly to avoid 498A.

"DOWRY/VISA DEMANDS: A number of U.S. citizen men who have come to India to marry Indian nationals have been arrested and charged with crimes related to dowry extraction. Many of the charges stem from the U.S. citizen's inability to provide an immigrant visa for his prospective spouse to travel immediately to the United States. The courts sometimes order the U.S. citizen to pay large sums of money to his spouse in exchange for the dismissal of charges. The courts normally confiscate the American's passport, and he must remain in India until the case has been settled. There are also cases of U.S. citizen women whose families force them against their will into marriages to Indian nationals."

k) I hear lot of hatredness towards India by NRIs who are facing this 498A menace (some even lost their parents due to mental harassments by police/judiciary dealings), I doubt whether they turn back to help India anytime in future.

ACCORDING TO Section 498A is NON-BAILABLE, NON-COMPOUNDABLE, NON-COGNIZABLE(No investigation to arrest) AND MEMBERS OF THE HUSBANDS FAMILY (including grand parents/unmarried sisters as well) PLACED INSIDE JAIL.

Bieng Part of a men's group I hear police vans stop infront of Husband's home and all are usually taken into custody and atleast min. 4-6 nos, are placed behind bars...about 16000Cases Delhi, 8000 Bangalore, 14000 Bombay etc.,

Pls. help protect middle class India before Indian men lose complete hopes on our country.
